GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE LA VILLA DUNE

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Hôtel Villa Dune (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") concerning the reservation of rooms, associated services and any other services offered by the Hotel. By reserving a room or using our services, you accept these conditions without reservation.

 

1. Booking

1.1 Booking and confirmation
Reservations are considered valid once they have been confirmed by the Hotel. All reservations made on the Hotel's website, by telephone or by e-mail, are subject to room availability and to the price conditions specific to the chosen period. The hotel contract is formed as soon as the Hotel confirms the reservation, after receipt of the payment or deposit.

 

1.2 Online reservations
Reservations made via the Hotel's website become effective once the reservation fee has been paid. If the payment is rejected, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

 

1.3 Reservations that can be changed
For flexible bookings, payment can be made within 48 hours of booking. If payment is not made within this time, the booking will be cancelled.

 

2. Payment

2.1 Terms of payment
Payment for the stay must be made on arrival at the hotel. For long-term bookings (more than one week), weekly payment may be required.

 

2.2 Payment methods accepted
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as cash. Online payments are secured by our payment service provider.

 

2.3 Bank card as guarantee
A valid bank card is required to guarantee your booking. A €90 bank imprint will be taken on arrival. The hotel may debit this card for any extra charges or damage incurred after check-out.

 

2.4 Non-payment
In the event of non-payment, the Customer may be evicted without refund, and legal action may be taken.

 

3. Tourist tax
Tourist tax is added to the room rate. It is set at €2.50 per person per night and is payable on arrival.

 

4. Car park
The hotel has private parking spaces available at a cost of €10 per day. These spaces are limited and cannot be reserved. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any theft or damage in the car park.

 

5. Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 7.30am to 10am. The cost is €20 per person, or €10 for children under 12. If breakfast is included in your booking, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.

 

6. Cancellation and Modification of Reservation

6.1 Free cancellation
Cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival (7 days in high season: July, August, September). After this time, the Hotel will charge 100% of the amount of the stay booked.

 

6.2 Non-refundable cancellations
For special bookings, or "non-refundable" rates, the total cost of the stay is deducted at the time of booking and cannot be refunded, even in the event of cancellation.

 

6.3 Late or early departure
In the event of late arrival or early departure, no reduction or compensation will be granted.

 

7. Group bookings
Group bookings (5 rooms or more) require a deposit payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance must be paid one week before arrival. Any changes or cancellations after 1 month prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of the total amount booked.

 

8. Booking cancelled in error
If a booking is made in error, it can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking, subject to a cancellation fee of €35 to cover administrative costs.

 

9. Respect for the hotel
The Customer undertakes to comply with the Hotel's internal regulations. In the event of inappropriate behaviour, the Hotel reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.

 

10. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator, the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO), within one year of contacting the Hotel.

 

11. Cold calling
The Customer can register free of charge on the BLOCTEL official website.

 

12. Non-compliance with the Conditions
If the Customer fails to comply with these conditions, the Hotel reserves the right to terminate the reservation and to ask the Customer to leave the premises, without any right to compensation.
