Booking<\/p><p>Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel is advised to book in advance. The reservation will only be confirmed once the hotel has given its agreement. When making a reservation, the customer must pay a deposit or provide a credit card number. The hotel contract is deemed to have been concluded as soon as the parties have reached agreement. Reservations made on our website are effective once the booking fee has been debited. In the event of rejection, the hotel may cancel the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card for the amount of the stay before the arrival date.<\/p><p>2. Pour les r\u00e9servations modifiables (RACK)<\/p><p>Pour les r\u00e9servations modifiables, une pr\u00e9autorisation du montant de la chambre sera effectu\u00e9e 20 jours avant l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e. Sans garantie de solvabilit\u00e9, la r\u00e9servation sera annul\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p><p>3. Annulation gratuite<\/p><p>Les annulations ou modifications peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es au moins 2 jours (ou 5 jours en Juillet, Ao\u00fbt et Septembre). En cas de non-respect de ce d\u00e9lai, 100% du montant du s\u00e9jour sera d\u00fb.\u00a0<\/p><p>4. Paiement<\/p><p>La prestation de logement est payable au plus tard le jour de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e. Pour les s\u00e9jours de longue dur\u00e9e (une semaine ou plus), les paiements seront effectu\u00e9s chaque semaine. Nous acceptons les cartes bancaires suivantes : Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard. Par application de l\u2019article 2102 du Code Civil, le client ne peut s\u2019opposer \u00e0 la r\u00e9tention de ses bagages s\u2019il refuse de payer.<\/p><p>Une carte bancaire en cours de validit\u00e9 et au nom du client sera exigible en tant que garantie. La carte bancaire utilis\u00e9e pour la r\u00e9servation devra \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e. Une carte d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 sera \u00e9galement demand\u00e9e. Une empreinte bancaire est effectu\u00e9e comme garantie \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du client d&rsquo;un montant de 300\u20ac. Dans certains cas, l&#8217;empreinte peut toutefois appara\u00eetre comme un d\u00e9bit en attente sur le compte bancaire associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la carte utilis\u00e9e.<\/p><p>5. Tarif des chambres<\/p><p>Room rates are charged by the day. Failure to pay will result in the immediate expulsion of the customer, subject to legal proceedings for payment of the amount due. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will be attributed to M. le Juge des r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s des juridictions civiles.<\/p><p>6. Non pr\u00e9sentation et non validit\u00e9 de carte bancaire<\/p><p>If the customer is unable to provide a valid bank card, we will be obliged to refuse the room rental request. The hotel reserves the right to charge the customer, using the credit card given as a guarantee at the time of booking or on arrival, for any consumption, overnight stays or extras that have not been paid for on the day of departure.<\/p><p>7. Restitution de la cl\u00e9<\/p><p>On departure, guests must return their room key to reception. The room key is a key that guests may keep with them. However, they must not give it to a third party and must return it on the day of departure. If it is not returned, the hotel will charge \u20ac150 to the guest's credit card.<\/p><p>8. Taxe de s\u00e9jour<\/p><p>La taxe de s\u00e9jour n\u2019est jamais incluse dans le prix de la r\u00e9servation. Elle est en vigueur dans la commune et payable sur place. Montant en vigueur en 2026 : 3,70\u20ac par personne et par nuit\u00e9e.<\/p><p>9. Petit-d\u00e9jeuner<\/p><p>Le petit-d\u00e9jeuner est servi de 8h \u00e0 11h00 sur la terrasse ou en room service. Si le petit-d\u00e9jeuner n\u2019est pas inclus dans votre r\u00e9servation, nous vous conseillons de le r\u00e9server la veille avant 22h \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception. Le petit-d\u00e9jeuner est au tarif de 30\u20ac par nuit\u00e9e et par personne. Forfait petit-d\u00e9jeuner non remboursable.<\/p><p>10. Annulation \/ modification de r\u00e9servation et engagement<\/p><p>In the event of modification or cancellation of a reservation, all customers are required to give notice up to 5 days before the date of arrival. If the customer fails to give notice within the above time limit, he\/she must pay as if he\/she were staying. Any rental period started is payable in full. Under no circumstances can late arrivals or early departures give rise to a refund.<\/p><p>* In the event of cancellation or modification up to 5 days before the date of arrival, the hotel will not charge a fee (request made by email).<br \/>* In the event of late cancellation or modification, the hotel requires 100% of the stay (request made by email).<br \/>* In the event of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the stay and will have the option of re-letting the room.<br \/>* If any changes are made during your stay, the hotel will require 100% of the stay.<\/p><p>11. R\u00e9servation non-remboursable<\/p><p>The full amount of the stay must be paid at the time of booking, and cannot be changed, cancelled or exchanged. The hotelier may re-let a room immediately under the following conditions:<\/p><p>* Cancellation by the customer.<br \/>* Modification of the reservation by the customer.<br \/>* Failure to present the customer.<br \/>* Errors made by the customer when making a reservation (dates, number of rooms, type of room).<\/p><p>12. Groupe<\/p><p>A reservation is considered to be a group when 5 or more rooms are booked. Payment of the total cost of the stay will be required at the time of booking to confirm the group. No reimbursement will be made in the event of cancellation or modification.<\/p><p>13. Annulation \/ modification de r\u00e9servation dupliqu\u00e9e<\/p><p>In the event of a duplicate booking due to an error by the customer, the latter may modify or cancel the booking made in error within 24 hours (excluding arrival on the same day) following the booking, subject to a \u20ac35 cancellation fee, and only if the booking was made on our official website: [www.hotel-lavilladune.com](http:\/\/www.hotel-lavilladune.com)<\/p><p>14. Acceptation des conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente<\/p><p>The general terms and conditions of sale apply to all bookings. Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and the hotel's internal regulations. Failure to comply with the above provisions will result in immediate cancellation of the contract. In the event of non-compliance with the hotel's internal regulations, the customer will be asked to leave the hotel without being able to demand any refund and the bank imprint made as a guarantee on arrival will be retained.<\/p><p>15. Litiges<\/p><p>In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. If no amicable agreement can be reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman responsible for the professional, i.e. the Association of European Consumer Ombudsmen (AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional.<\/p><p>Referral to the Consumer Ombudsman must be made :<\/p><p>* By completing the form provided on the AME CONSO website [www.mediationconso-ame.com](http:\/\/www.mediationconso-ame.com).<br \/>* Or by post addressed to AME CONSO, 11 Place Dauphine - 75001 PARIS.<\/p><p>16. Opposition au d\u00e9marchage t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique<\/p><p>We would like to inform you that you can register free of charge on the telephone anti-spam list via the BLOCTEL website ([http:\/\/bloctel.gouv.fr\/](http:\/\/bloctel.gouv.fr\/)) or by sending a letter to the company in charge of the public service. (In accordance with article L. 223-2 of the French Consumer Code).<\/p><p>17. R\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur<\/p><p>Acc\u00e8s aux chambres, d\u00e9part et arriv\u00e9e<br \/>The hotelier is at liberty not to receive guests whose dress is indecent or negligent, and whose behaviour is noisy, improper, alcoholic, contrary to public decency or public order. Any person wishing to stay at the Hotel is required to state their identity and age, as well as those of any persons accompanying them.<br \/>The customer may not bring into the room third parties not known to the hotel owner, unless authorised by the latter. The customer may not occupy a room for a number of people greater than that stipulated by the regulations in force.<\/p><p>Arriv\u00e9e anticip\u00e9e et d\u00e9part tardif<br \/>On arrival, unless agreed by the hotelier, the customer may not require to occupy the room before 4pm. Early arrival will incur an additional charge of \u20ac100 at 2pm. The nightly rental period ends at 11.00 am, regardless of the customer's arrival time. Late departures will incur additional charges of \u20ac120 at 2pm and \u20ac190 at 3pm.<\/p><p>Bagages et coffre-fort<\/p><p>Un service de bagagerie permet aux clients de confier leurs bagages \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception de l\u2019H\u00f4tel contre remise d&rsquo;un ticket. Sans d\u00e9livrance de ticket, l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel ne peut \u00eatre tenu responsable en cas de perte.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R\u00e8glement Int\u00e9rieur 1.
