These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between H\u00f4tel Villa Dune (hereinafter referred to as \"the Hotel\") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as \"the Customer\") concerning the reservation of rooms, associated services and any other services offered by the Hotel. By reserving a room or using our services, you accept these conditions without reservation.<\/p>

1. Booking<\/strong><\/p>

1.1 Booking and confirmation<\/strong><\/p>

We strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure room availability. The booking will only be considered confirmed once it has been accepted by La Villa Dune Hotel & Spa. At the time of booking, a deposit or a credit card number must be provided. The hotel contract comes into effect as soon as H\u00f4tel & Spa La Villa Dune confirms the booking.\u00a0<\/p>

1.2 Online reservations<\/strong><\/p>

Bookings made via our website are confirmed once the booking fee has been paid. Should the payment be declined, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.\u00a0<\/p>

1.3 Secure payment<\/strong><\/p>

For bookings made by telephone or email, a secure payment link will be sent to finalise the booking. This link is valid for 24 hours; after this time, the booking will be automatically cancelled.\u00a0<\/p>

1.4 Modifiable reservations (RACK)<\/strong><\/p>

For bookable reservations, a pre-authorisation for the room charge will be taken 20 days before arrival. If payment cannot be guaranteed, the booking will be cancelled.\u00a0<\/p>

2. Payment<\/strong><\/p>

2.1 Terms of payment<\/strong><\/p>

Payment for accommodation must be made no later than the day of arrival. For long-term stays (one week or more), payments will be made on a weekly basis.\u00a0<\/p>

2.2 Payment methods accepted<\/strong><\/p>

We accept credit cards (Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard) as well as cash payments. Online payments are secured by our payment service provider.<\/p>

2.3 Bank card as guarantee<\/strong><\/p>

A valid credit card in the guest\u2019s name is required as security. A pre-authorisation of \u20ac300 per room will be taken on arrival. Should it be necessary, the hotel reserves the right to charge the security card for any extras, consumables or damage noted after departure.\u00a0<\/p>

2.4 Non-payment<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of non-payment, the Customer may be evicted without refund, and legal action may be taken.<\/p>

3. Tourist tax<\/strong><\/p>

The tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It is payable on arrival and is set at \u20ac3.70 per person per night.<\/p>

4. Car park<\/strong><\/p>

The hotel has private parking spaces available at a rate of \u20ac35 per day. These spaces are limited and cannot be reserved. The hotel cannot be held liable for any theft or damage occurring in the car park.<\/p>

5. Breakfast<\/strong><\/p>

Breakfast is served every day from 8.00 am to 10.30 am. The price is \u20ac25 per person. If breakfast is included in your booking, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.<\/p>

6. Cancellation and Modification of Reservation<\/strong><\/p>

6.1 Free cancellation<\/strong><\/p>

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 2 days before arrival (5 days during the high season: July, August and September). If this deadline is not met, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be due.<\/p>

6.2 Non-refundable cancellations<\/strong><\/p>

Non-refundable bookings are charged in full at the time of booking. These bookings cannot be amended, cancelled or exchanged.\u00a0<\/p>

6.3 Late or early departure<\/strong><\/p>

Delays on arrival or early departures do not entitle you to a refund.\u00a0<\/p>

7. Group<\/strong><\/p>

Group bookings (5 rooms or more) require a deposit of 50% at the time of booking and a further 50% 30 days before arrival. The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. Cancellation is free of charge up to 90 days before arrival.\u00a0<\/p>

8. Cancellation of a booking\u00a0<\/strong>duplicated<\/b><\/p>

If a booking is made in error by the customer, it may be cancelled or amended within 24 hours of the booking, subject to a cancellation fee of \u20ac35, if the booking was made via our official website.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

9. Packages with breakfast included<\/strong><\/p>

Breakfast packages included in the booking are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Any dissatisfaction regarding the breakfast timetable will not result in a refund.\u00a0<\/p>

10. Terms and conditions of use for gift vouchers\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Gift vouchers are valid in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on the voucher and must be used within their validity period.\u00a0
The services included in the gift voucher correspond to a specific value and to the terms and conditions of the stay as set out at the time of purchase. Bookings are subject to availability at the establishment.\u00a0<\/p>

In the event of a booking made during peak season, school holidays, public holidays or specific periods defined by the establishment, a price adjustment may be required if the published rate applicable to the stay exceeds the value of the gift voucher. The recipient will be informed of this at the time of booking.\u00a0<\/p>

Unless otherwise stated, gift vouchers do not guarantee access to all dates at the same price and cannot be combined with other current offers or promotions.\u00a0<\/p>

11. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong><\/p>

The Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the immediate termination of the contract without compensation.\u00a0<\/p>

12. Disputes<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no agreement can be reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman, the Association of European Ombudsmen (AME CONSO)**, within one year of the complaint being made.\u00a0<\/p>

13. Cold calling<\/strong><\/p>

Customers can register free of charge on the cold-calling opt-out list via the official **BLOCTEL** website.<\/p>

14. Breach of the Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>
